About Richard Borrello

Originally from South Florida, I earned my undergraduate degree from Fordham University\'s Gabelli School of Business. After graduating, I remained in New York City to start my career at Morgan Stanley, where I had interned since the previous summer. I began working full-time in Trade Support for Interest Rate Derivatives, specifically for LatAm and Inflation products. I then worked in Morgan Stanley\'s Wealth Management Operations as part of the Lean Center, which focuses on rolling out Lean Management to the entire division. I then went on to join Credit Agricole CIB\'s Middle Office in New York, where I covered Interest Rate Derivatives and FX products, collaborating with teams based both locally and abroad to meet the business\'s needs. In 2019, I went back to school to earn my MBA from Cornell, with coursework focused on Product Management and Entrepreneurship. After completing my MBA, I joined TCS as a Business Consultant through their Accelerated Leadership Program, where I led projects for Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, I worked with Lenovo\'s Corporate Strategy Team, where I led in-depth research on macroeconomic trends and themes in cutting edge technologies, and channeled that information into presentations for senior leadership. Throughout the course of my career, I\'ve developed a track record of fostering operational excellence, an analytical approach to problem solving, and building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
