I am a customer, digital and retail specialist with over three decades experience helping consumer businesses grow through customer focus, improved capability and strategic governance. I take on Non-Executive Director and board advisory roles that help grow customers and scale digital, in a world of diminishing loyalty. Scale-ups can be locked out of the experience to transform their business, so I am skilled at assessing the best path to optimise their retail, ecommerce and digital opportunity.At board level I focus on constructive challenge, strategic clairity and customer first thinking.
