CAREER PATH: • Eight (8) years - Entrepreneur CEO and Managing Director in Asia as an investor participated in the creation and development of multiple brands and projects: ”T-Tank Media”, “Shakers & Movers”, “Ink It Group”, “Azu editions”, “TreeMount”, Kummer Designs”, Epicure”. Management of research and sales teams and structures that led to the development and field implementation of a complete cement admixture product line for LAFARGE - CHRYSO S.A. • Ten (10) years - Director responsible for the growth and development of international business of Lafarge - Chryso S.A. in Europe, South Africa and South East Asia. Board Member of Lafarge – Chryso from 1992 till 1998. Subsidiary administrator for Asia, South Africa and Europe. Founding board member of SYNFAM France (National Syndicate of grinding aid manufacturers) from19••••96. • Nine (9) years - senior process & systems engineer and project director - Member of Lafarge technical audit committee associated to numerous engineering projects involving plant process performance audits. Technical support, engineering expertise and counsel to « Ciments Lafarge » in France for the Lafarge Group and all their engineering projects in the USA, India, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines. Active field presence and participation to the implementation of field solutions including audits and commissioning / qualification trials.
