Tracking my pass-completion rates and analyzing my play style turned into a closer involvement with numbers. Fast forward to my undergrad Econometrics class, where my passion for data truly took off, and I ended up getting a master\'s in data analytics?Now, I’m thriving as part of the Product team at SimplePractice, collaborating with some genuinely brilliant minds in product, design, engineering, marketing, and customer success. As part of the Operations team and Growth squads, we launched a personalized onboarding experience that boosted customer conversion rates by almost 11%(talk about rewarding!). I’ve also delved into the US insurance industry, working on projects that help mental health professionals deliver care while saving millions of for the company.
