About Richard Dingle
As a General Agent at Globe Life American Income Division, I lead and mentor a team of agents who provide life insurance and supplemental benefits to working families. I am passionate about helping people protect their loved ones and achieve their financial goals, while also advancing my own career and education. I have been working at Colorado\'s American Income office since April 2022, and have consistently exceeded my sales and performance targets, earning multiple awards and recognitions from the company.In addition to my role as a General Agent, I also serve as a Benefits Supervisor and Specialist, overseeing and managing the benefits administration and employee relations for the office. I have been performing these roles since July 2022 and June 2022 respectively, and have successfully handled complex and sensitive issues, such as claims, disputes, and grievances, with professionalism and compassion. I have also developed and implemented policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency in the benefits operations. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in Psychology at Pikes Peak State College, which I believe will enhance my skills and knowledge in this field, and help me grow as a leader and a communicator. I expect to graduate in August 2025.
