Designed the mechanical architecture for Palladium A3 RACK, ensured and validated all electrical and mechanical components assembled to RACK. Performed first article inspection on RACK review for production verifying all requirements are meet.· Managed schedule build and BOM (bill of material), prepared and purchased all material for initial build of 5 rack, meeting all need dates and schedule for RACK testing and production development.· Drove the build of second RACK with Jabil, walkthrough the assembly process and taught step by step build of the RACK, assisting with creating Jabil VA (visual aid) for Jabil RACK production assembly build.· Released Palladium A3 cabinet in Arena for production, ensured and reviewed all components, drawings, BOM, and CAD files were submitted in Arena for production initial release.· Design end to end mechanical components with a total of 80 components. Study and evaluated all components to ensure the RACK 63-Level passed mechanical and structural integrity.· Released and created all documentation for Arena for production· Managed and created Palladium NETLIST· Responsible for creating wire diagram instruction for Jabil installation procedure· Released and create all documentation for 100 cables assembly into Palladium for production.· Designed mechanical 1U module to house QSD printed circuit board (PCB) from start to finish and released in Arena for production.· Managed the initial release and bill of material to, ensured all required task and need dates were meet for production.Palladium A3 SOD and LD 65-Level
