Key responsibilities & achievements • Changed BT Security strategy to focus on volume based Threat Monitoring. • Successfully implemented BT’s first Security Automation Orchestration & Response Platform delivering 60% automation. • Launched BT’s Cloud Threat Monitoring Services based on AWS & Azure Sentinel attracting £5m of new business in 6 months. • Worked closely with Sales to secure a large Managed SOC deal for UK Police focussing on Cloud Security for Office 365. • Regularly present to CISO’s & Analysts on BT’s Threat Management capability. • Worked with a number of customers to expand BT Security’s services into Operational Technology (OT). • Changed BT Security strategy to focus on Threat Monitoring Services for volume customers. • Gained Authorisation for £2m investment to implement a Security Automation Orchestration & Response Platform to Protect BT. • Launched BT’s Cloud Threat Monitoring Service based on AWS & IBM Q Radar which attracted £5m of new business in its first 6 months. • Worked closely with Sales to secure a very large Managed SOC deal for UK Police focussing on Cloud Security for Office 365. • Regularly present to CISO’s on BT’s Threat Management, & Security Analytics capability. • Worked with a number of customers to determine whether a Big Data Security Solution is appropriate for their needs.
