This includes recently regaining business with accounts that had ceased spending. Introducing Earthmet to new potential customers and assisting with new accounts set up and payment advice.Cadweld Exothermic Weld demonstrations conducted onsite at Earthmet, customer premises and construction sites. As well as supporting customers remotely with advice on exothermic weld systems. Visits to warehouse for order communication, product awareness and answering customer queries. Local customer deliveries when product suits company vehicle transportation. Representing Earthmet at Trade Show exhibitions to help promote the company, the brand and the products. Answer all out of hours customer calls, diverted from main office contact number.Passed IOSH Managing Safely course September 2023.
