In this role, I manage the People function at Kiavi (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Development, Total Rewards & HR operations, Admin & Facilities. Kiavi has ~400 team members spanning software engineering, data & product, mortgage operations, sales and corporate functions. As SVP of People, I drive the creation and execution of the people strategy together with leadership and the People function. I also am responsible for quarterly compensation committee meetings, the DEI strategy and action plan, and other company wide culture and workforce initiatives.
