About Richard Pinto
A member of the Finance and Portfolio Management team at 3one4 Capital. At 3one4, I spearhead several internal finance processes covering financial due diligence, deal evaluation and construction, fund performance and modelling and internal reporting. I also focus on streamlining internal reporting processes and raising and structuring key functions within 3one4 Capital. I am also tasked with the responsibility of overseeing the day to day financial operations of the fund’s 55+ portfolio companies. This involves enabling portfolio companies to identify key issues within their financial reporting and compliance/regulatory frameworks while providing valuable insights and building simplified solutions that result in capital efficiency and tangible progress. In addition, an advisor to the portfolio across a spectrum of operations ranging from financial modelling to reporting, and simulations to process design. I also assist entrepreneurs in visualizing their financials, streamlining operations, and bolstering their internal reporting frameworks. My prior work experience, of over 4 years with a big four accounting and consulting firm, mainly focused on auditing and due diligence spread across the varied sectors of Real estate, Manufacturing and Renewable Energy.
