An experienced and trusted Director and senior operational/asset/project/programme/engineering professional having wide leadership experience for 30 years in the water industry. Experience spans growth leadership, asset management, SPC and PFI operations, collaborative JVs and alliances, project portfolio & programme management, construction and commissioning. Delivered high value (£400m+) Capital Programme Director and Special Projects Director (£100m+) roles with overall programme accountability and management of multiple projects concurrently. Performed roles as a Company Director and Operational General Manager with full P&L accountability as well as securing new sales revenue. Additional roles ranged from Technical Services / Engineering Manager with direct line management and Opex or P&L responsibilities for a multi disciplinary team of up to 150 staff. Non-regulated experience includes bidding, developing, mobilising and supporting water projects in Far East, North Africa, North America, UK and Ireland.
