With 15 years’ experience in varying communications roles and 10 years managing different teams, I have a proven track record of developing and implementing communication strategies that foster employee engagement and support business success. I specialise in internal communication and am experienced in implementing and developing various communication channels to reach and engage employees, including launching intranets and engagements apps.My experience has taken me through several roles, from PR to digital communications, to internal communications. As I have moved through my career, I have developed to take on more strategic roles, collaborating with teams to build communication plans that support organisational goals. My development reflects that I am not content standing still and will always look for ways to improve the service I provide to the business.
