   Lead the technical design and implementation of over 10 full-stack applications replacing a legacy system. C#/.NET and Node.js for backends and ReactJS, Angular, and SvelteKit for frontends, all within a monorepo.• Lead and mentored multiple in-house and offsite teams as solutions scaled. Grew team to 8 developers overseeing team growth.
