Currently supporting logistics and procurement MSSQL database, Power BI, and asset management projects.Platform and application architecture, engineering, development, and business process analysis for US Navy SMIT efforts.In this capacity I have performed the following- BMC Remedy/Helix architecture and integration planning for on prem and SaaS- BMC Remedy/Helix ITSM, CMDB, Atrium Integrator, Digital Workplace 20.02 installation on Redhat Linux using Oracle Database, for dev, test and production for the US Navy in a secure environment- ITSM process consulting- Securing the applications, operating system, and database per DISA STIG instructions- Planning and preparation for migration from legacy help desk application to BMC ITSM.Currently supporting logistics, asset management, and procurement MSSQL database/Power BI projects.
