Part of the Blue Stone Strategy group, working exclusively with native American tribes to further economic development and professional development for tribal enterprises. Responsible for the assessment, analysis, development and design of strategic initiatives contributing to tribal success. I assess the operations and am responsible for evaluating service standards within an operation, conducting performance gap analysis at the line staff and management levels, and then creating and implementing programs aligned with operational and strategic goals. Additionally I assist in the development of an internal marketing plan to ensure integration and ongoing success of the programs. Required to travel to various locations around the country, maintain accurate and detailed travel and expense records and submit in a timely manner. Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and new people at all levels of an organization. Develop relationships at all levels of an organization, synthesize new information quickly and assess needs based on limited input. Extremely organized and detailed oriented with excellent written and interpersonal skills. Extremely proficient at identifying and communicating outcomes and tying them to organizational success and KPI’s.(WIIFM)
