ABOUT RICHARD ZYWOTKIEWICZ
After studying Architecture in the University of Manitoba, I left to follow a dream and enrolled in film school at York University. After graduating, I had the very good fortune of serving apprenticeships with two of Canada\'s leading international film directors David (\"THE FLY\") Cronenberg, and Bob (\"PORKY\'S\") Clark. Under these apprenticeships I was to acquire first hand a philosophical and \"craft meticulous\" approach to film making. “PORKY’S”, albeit low-brow, went on to become the most successful Canadian film in history and remains so to this day. I\'ve been to several of the major world film markets; Cannes, the American Film Market (AFM) and has spent extensive periods of time in Hollywood. I soon grew disillusioned with many aspects of the film/entertainment industry, and after a decade or two of teaching and developing visual literacy modules for the CBE, I jumped head first into the Real Estate Business. After a decade in Real Estate, which I currently continue part time, I\'ve been invited back into Film to develop and rework scripts.
