I am a seasoned retail executive with over 15 years of experience in leading and transforming retail operations across multiple channels and markets. I have a proven track record of delivering top-line improvements, increasing shareholder value, and fostering a culture of customer experience and performance.Currently, I am the Vice President of Retail at Groundworks Industries, where I am directly responsible for 24 dispensaries, retail operations, marketing, wholesale, merchants, planning, and retail leadership. I have successfully transitioned the organization from a negative EBITA to a positive 14%, established a merchant strategy and infrastructure to drive margin and topline, and created and rolled out a client service model to achieve desired sales and KPIs. I am also a board member of VEEPs in Color, a private network for executives of color who are passionate about advancing others and expanding their horizons.
