For some clients, this allows for a joined-up approach that combines thoughtful planning with additional reassurance and support where appropriate.All travel bookings are completed through InteleTravel’s approved systems and supplier network.

I’m a healthcare professional with over 14 years’ experience working across acute clinical care, international medical repatriation, quality of care support, and complex travel coordination. My background combines frontline NHS experience with international, aviation-adjacent roles that require sound judgement, coordination, and calm decision-making in time-critical situations.I currently work in medical repatriation and quality of care support, contributing to the coordination and oversight of international transfers. This includes supporting quality processes, provider standards, and escalation decisions, and working closely with insurers, assistance providers, and operational teams to help ensure safe, proportionate outcomes.Alongside this, I undertake freelance medical escort work, supporting patients during commercial and specialist medical transfers where clinical oversight is required in transit.
