My professional career in retail management has provided me with an array of leadership skills, which I acquired by working for several national retailers. Through my personal accomplishments and by working with various individuals and teams, I am inspired to exceed expectations and look for innovative ways to achieve maximum results, driving higher profitability for the companies for which I work. Building trust with my teams by providing solid leadership, training and mentoring has allowed me to develop future leaders and great teamwork. Having great teams working for me has enabled me to develop programs to reduce shrink and focus on delivering exceptional strategies, increasing profitability instead of losses incurred through theft or careless handling of inventory. As an athlete in high school and college, I have not lost my ability to strive for teamwork and excellence. I am currently seeking a career with an organization that will challenge me as well as allow me to help the company achieve maximum profitability through my experience and leadership.
