Cool Springs Financial enables our clients to retire wealthier and sooner than they ever thought possible. We achieve this through the use of premium financing of large life insurance policies. A life insurance policy is the only financial instrument that allows tax deferred accumulation of large amounts of money plus a tax free income stream for life. We accomplish this with our clients never writing a single premium check. Our clients never experience a disruption of their cash flow or liquidation of their assets. By using a small portion of their assets as collateral for a number of years, they can secure the life insurance they need and not the amount they can afford. Then, usually beginning in the 15th year, they receive an annual tax free income stream for life. Upon death, the loan is repaid in full and the beneficiary receives a substantial tax free check from the insurance company.
