Currently leading the Conversational Experience & Analytics Lab and accountable for the Group’s strategic customer-facing chatbot capability which services over 14m customer conversations per year. My lab are leading the delivery of the Group’s Agentic AI technical capability, introducing conversation agents to transform the service we provide to customers over the next 5yrs.Prior to this my role was to ensure our public cloud analytics and AI platform strikes the optimum balance of security and usability.
