In the retail industry for 30 years and I have had the privilege to work with some great people and together we were able to grow and expand beyond the targets and goals set. I have always believed in empowering and supporting instead of micro managing and this has been the key to our success. I am effective at strategic planning and executing action plans along with building the business. I am able to follow through and make changes on the go to assure the goals are achieved. I am a retailer and merchant at heart and continue to look for new challenges and building businesses. I am always striving to be the best and to command the same from the teams I work with. My opportunities have also brought many talented people into my network and would be able to bring a Team of the industries best retailers from VP\'s, Sales people, buyers, merchandisers, managers, stock room, cashiers, etc. Specialties: Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, Training and Coaching along with Team building.
