Manage existing portfolio of circa 250 customers ranging from £250k turnover up to £22m focusing on all their banking needs.• Promote Santander’s products and service matching them to clients’ requirements - these include commercial loans, asset finance, invoice finance, full service banking accounts and a variety of other support services. • Proactively contact existing clients and prospects, developing relationships to enable discussions around current and future requirements and in turn becoming their trusted advisor for their business. • Attract new clients through reputation, referrals, effective networking and use of key stakeholders.• Work collaboratively with specialists and key business stakeholders to develop relationships with new and existing customers.• Deliver excellent customer service to customers, continually improving overall customer satisfaction. • Promote the Santander Brand within the local business community. Key achievements to date:• First Segment A Relationship Director in the new Coventry corporate office - established the role locally for Santander and developed business across Warwickshire creating a portfolio of over 200 established companies in 2 years and lending over £4m.• Transferred to Northampton to set up a new corporate office in the town establishing a presence for Santander across Northamptonshire.• Ranked number 1 nationally in 2015 for performance across sales, service and quality, growing the existing portfolio with new clients attracted from competitors and developing existing relationships.
