As a disability examiner at Shell, I review and evaluate disability claims for over 16 years, applying my knowledge of medical, legal, and regulatory standards. I have earned certifications in disability determination, medical terminology, and occupational analysis, as well as completed training courses in customer service, communication, and ethics. I am proficient in using various tools and systems to conduct research, analysis, and documentation of disability cases, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.In addition to my role as a disability examiner, I have also been working as a spiral saw operator at Sonoco Paper for over 27 years, operating and maintaining various machines and equipment, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. I have developed a diverse and valuable skill set that spans across different industries and domains, such as problem-solving, teamwork, and technical skills. I am passionate about delivering excellent results, solving problems, and learning new things. I enjoy working with different teams and stakeholders, and I value collaboration, diversity, and innovation.
