I am passionate about creating and bringing to market innovative business and technical solutions to critical social infrastructure challenges. I am a Director at AtkinsRéalis, and Programme and Operations Director for EDAROTH, an affordable housing development business that combines offsite manufacturing, asset management expertise and end-to-end development capability to create an additive supply of new, high-quality homes. EDAROTH is a wholly owned subsidiary of AtkinsRéalis. I lead business operations for EDAROTH and have been involved in the direction and creation of the company from its inception. With a background in engineering design, I was previously the Technical Director for EDAROTH and led the development of our market-leading, offsite manufactured, net zero carbon housing product. I am a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers and a Chartered member of the Institution of Structural Engineers. I graduated from Cambridge University in 2009 and have held several roles at AtkinsRéalis since 2011. During this time, I have worked across a range of property and infrastructure markets in both the private and public sectors. I have experience working in the residential, commercial, retail, education, transport-oriented development, rail and aviation markets.I have particular expertise in the advancement and implementation of modern methods of construction, as well as complex oversite residential and commercial development. I have successfully delivered offsite manufactured solutions into the residential, retail and aviation markets.
