I love working with diverse teams to solve difficult problems, and it is very exciting when a team uses its collective talents to make big cultural and process changes that benefit the entire company. Before joining Tyson, I had the opportunity to design and start-up a new manufacturing plant in Saudi Arabia, conduct negotiations with labor unions as an Industrial Engineer, and serve as a Company Commander in the United States Army Reserves. These environments each provided their own unique challenges, but I was always fortunate to work with amazing teams on complex engineering projects and difficult leadership assignments; including time as a platoon leader during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
