   Program Analyst for the Office of Sealift Support at MARAD, conducting governance, legal analysis, and regulatory compliance for MARAD programs supporting the internationally-trading U.S-Flag merchant fleet, including Maritime Security Program (MSP), Tanker Security Program (TSP), and related programs and agreements (VISA, VTA, CSF). I also provide legal and regulatory analysis for the Deputy Associate Administrator for Commercial Sealift on statutory, regulatory, and strategic proposals concerning U.S-Flag international trade activities and U.S-Flag fleet development. Office works in coordination with U.S. Transportation Command, U.S. Coast Guard, and MARAD\'s Office of Cargo and Commercial Sealift (Cargo Preference), and works in partnership with thirteen U.S-Flag carrier stakeholders in MSP, CSF, and TSP.
