About Richard Walega
Avaap (which acquired Navigator Management Partners in July 2019) is an industry-focused, cross-platform management and IT consulting firm specializing in Workday with a heavy focus on data analytics, AI, business intelligence, process optimization, IT strategy, and organizational change management. Rich’s industry experience includes: professional services, retail, state and local government, transportation, energy/utilities, higher education, and non-profits.Previously, Rich worked with Accenture where he was an Account Executive for the State of Maryland as well as Program Manager for several large programs with the state\'s of Florida, Maryland, and Virginia. Rich was also Accenture’s Global New Service Offerings Lead, where he led business BPO offerings in tollway operations and electronic document management.Rich holds a B.S. degree in Commerce & Engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.
