Rich developed Navigator\'s consulting team and consulting business for the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. Rich became a Partner and SVP in 2012 and had full P&L responsibility for both regions. In 2015 Rich founded our Workday Government Practice and is responsible for growing our Workday business in the Government, Special Districts and Not for Profit marketplace.Rich is passionate about customer success and possesses deep expertise in ERP planning, Workday deployment, business process re-engineering (BPR), and organizational change management (OCM). Rich’s industry experience includes: professional services, retail, state and local government, transportation, energy/utilities, higher education, and non-profits.Previously, Rich worked with Accenture where he was an Account Executive for the State of Maryland as well as Program Manager for several large programs with the state\'s of Florida, Maryland, and Virginia. Rich was also Accenture’s Global New Service Offerings Lead, where he led business BPO offerings in tollway operations and electronic document management.Rich holds a B.S. degree in Commerce & Engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.

Rich built the consulting team and developed the consulting business for Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. Rich became a Partner and SVP with Navigator in 2012. Rich began developing and delivering Workday programs within higher education, non profit and government organizations in 2015 and is now responsible for growing Avaap’s Workday Government, Higher Education and Nonprofit industries.
