I’m a Human Resources professional at McLane and a student at the University of Toledo, pursuing a Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management with a minor in Supply Chain Management. I bring a strong, results-focused approach to HR, backed by hands-on experience in high-volume recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement within a fast-paced distribution environment.In my current role, I manage candidate pipelines, coordinate onboarding, and support orientation processes that impact dozens of new hires at a time. I focus on creating a smooth and positive start for every teammate while maintaining accuracy and efficiency across HR systems. By streamlining processes and staying organized under pressure, I help reduce delays and support overall hiring and retention goals.What sets me apart is my ability to balance execution with leadership. I don’t just complete tasks—I look for ways to improve them. Whether it’s enhancing onboarding experiences, supporting large-scale hiring efforts, or contributing to engagement initiatives that reach hundreds of teammates, I stay focused on both people and performance.Outside of my role, I’m actively involved in community leadership, helping plan and execute large-scale events and initiatives. These experiences have strengthened my ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and manage projects from start to finish.I’m currently focused on continuing to grow within Human Resources, with the long-term goal of moving into a management role where I can lead teams, influence strategy, and help organizations build strong, high-performing workplace cultures.
