Richard also provides development consultancy advice to private and public sector landowners.Richard started his career in Reading, undertaking valuations in the South East, then worked in greater London and central London, before joining Savills in 2014 in the Oxford office. Richard splits his time between the Reading and Oxford offices and undertakes valuations for residential and commercial properties.Richard specialises in undertaking valuations for the Residential Super Prime Market in the Home Counties. Richard is able to draw on Savills well-respected Research Team and has good working relationships with our Country House Team and Prime Purchase who are able to provide excellent market intelligence, which is key to providing informed opinions.
