Work experience of two decades in Tissue Operations. Third generation I have a family background over sixty years working in the Tissue Paper Industry. My father and grandfather stared working at a tissue company located in South America - Colombia, Papeles Nacionales S.A. GrandBay own by Kruger Inc. since 1964. Around 2001 we moved to the United States city of Palatka Florida I started working with Softex Paper Converter. From 2004 to 2013 I worked at Haines City Florida with Cellynne Corporation now own by Sofidel America. I worked from 2014 to 2018 Orlando, FL - Ampack Corp. Then I move from 2019 to 2021 Memphis, TN with Kruger Products-KTG USA. And lastly from early 2021–2024 current Calhoun, TN with Resolute FP Tissue. I value constant learning, self improvement, servant leadership, people development training. A Leader that helps guide safe production consistency with the organization goals, to attain operation excellence, to build team self-accountability, to ensure safety, quality and customer satisfaction within efficient cost and budget goals. As a professional my leadership purpose, my commitment, my adaptability, my integrity are key values to work with focus in sharing best practices, support the operation and maintenance of the tissue papermaking and converting equipment, as well as my personal development.
