Ensure that Commercial and Corporate Banking divisions\' applications are accessible for people with disabilities and conform with WCAG 2.0 AA. Work as part of the Wholesale User Experience (WUX) team to ensure best accessibility practices and User Centered Design. Participate in design reviews and perform accessibility reviews of User Experience\'s team\'s deliverables including Commercial Electronic Office and Developer Gateway portals. Document accessibility specifications for use by User Experience and Front-End Development teams in Confluence. Identify design direction that requires further accessibility research. Test prototypes as well as new patterns in development to ensure usability and accessibility for users of assistive technology. Work with design, content, development, and QA to ensure accessibility defects are identified during test phases and remediated in accordance with documented recommendations. Track accessibility defects in JIRA and ALM. Identify possible changes or additions to internal reference documentation as needed to evolve standards, guidelines, and best practices. Review wireframes and mockups in InVision and MURAL. Represent accessibility team in meetings as an active participant.
