ABOUT RICHARD TOMLIN

I am a professionally qualified Chartered Electrical Engineer with extensive experience, and a highly successful track record, in the management and delivery of railway signalling applications and projects on both Main Line and Metro systems. I have a wealth of Project delivery experience gained throughout the rail industry with companies including British Rail, Balfour Beatty Rail, Westinghouse Signals, Invensys Rail and Hitachi Rail Europe working on complex multi-disciplinary UK and International projects. I excel at leading and coordinating design, installation, test teams and suppliers, along with collaborating with key stakeholders and industry members to achieve highly successful outcomes without surprises. I’m committed to the work that I do and dedicated in achieving planned milestones within agreed budgets.
