As the Founder and CEO of Protopian Works, PBC, I lead a start-up that specializes in market understanding and strategy, employee motivation and engagement, and org effectiveness to leverage AI. We develop innovative solutions for insight leveraging the latest advances in Data Science & AI, and Psychology, Neuroscience, & Behavioral Science. As a tech driven public benefit corporation our corporate mission includes promoting effective and responsible AI use (check out my Truth, Beauty, and Justice AI newsletter), and bridging group and societal divides.I previously led the activation of science and Data Science and AI methods supporting all countries and business lines for Ipsos, including the development of frameworks and thought leadership applying the latest in Generative AI and analytic AI. Before that I led research and strategy on the client side and served on university faculties, including at The Ohio State University. I hold a PhD in Political Science and Methodology (Statistics, Computational Modeling, Machine Learning) from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
