About Richard Tilley
A licensed building contractor since 1976, Richard is a lifetime resident of Wake County with extensive knowledge of area development and neighborhoods. In 1976, Richard Tilley Sr. and his father, Roy Tilley of Fuquay Varina, started Tall House Building Company. The company was founded on a dedication to excellence and honesty in every relationship and project they undertook. After thirty plus years of success in the NC custom home market, Richard is continuing the family tradition of building excellence with the establishment of Tall Traditions Building Co, LLC in 2008.
