ABOUT RICHARD THOMPSON

I have had a passion and resolve to forge the best version of myself over the past 25 years. It started with my drive in athletics and the pursuit to become better. This pursuit opened me up to the possibility that I was just “scratching the surface” of what I’m capable of. To accelerate this growth I chose to serve this great country as a U.S. Navy SEAL. I learned so much about myself, others, how amazing we are, and how we are capable of so much more. My passion is to wake people up to their greatness, that fire that lives in us all, to find it, grow it, and share it with the world. I wake up every day looking to serve, whether on a beach or in a desert as a SEALFIT Coach, leading my real estate Team, or in a boardroom as a Certified Unbeatable Mind Coach. My “why” is to be the example I want to see in the world, and inspire others to pursue the best version of themselves.At Unbeatable Mind, we are committed to co-creating a compassionate and inclusive global community of over 100 million leaders. We provide Global Leadership Development in the Conceptual Age through integrated holistic vertical development training. Our methods are based on the inner secrets of Navy SEAL Mental Toughness and teachers of Special Operators, Corporate Executives, and Elite Athletes.
