ABOUT RICHARD TETLEY

As an AOG Support at Avtrade, I provide timely and reliable solutions for aircraft on ground (AOG) situations, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers. I have over five years of experience in this role, and I am certified by the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS), demonstrating my professional competence and ethical standards in supply chain management. I have a strong background in various aspects of aircraft maintenance, from heavy maintenance base checks abroad to technical records to buying and inventory control. I have worked with Qatar Airways as a Senior Officer Fleet Supply Chain and a Projects and Process Supply Chain Engineer, where I contributed to improving the efficiency, quality, and performance of their fleet operations. I have also gained valuable skills and knowledge in areas such as dangerous goods handling, fork lift operation, fire safety, security awareness, electrostatic damage prevention, and extended-range twin-engine operational performance standards (ETOPS). I am a versatile and resourceful person who can work well under pressure, in a team, or independently. I am always looking for new challenges and goals, and I am passionate about advancing my knowledge base and experience in the aviation industry.
