Under my leadership as Senior Global Business Director at Celanese International, I achieved consecutive double-EBIT growth, even securing the second-highest EBIT in company history in 2022. I successfully secured board approval for a critical expansion project by collaborating closely with executive leadership, further propelling business growth in the EVA industrial and medical/pharma segments. As the Senior Sales Director, I transformed the sales organization into a high-performing, retention and business development-focused team by instilling a strong sense of urgency and implementing disciplined opportunity management.
