With over 15 years of professional environmental experience, I provide concise and relevant information with guidance for well-informed decisions for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), environmental issues and regulations, and Small Balance Loans (SBLs/SMLs). I carefully analyze information for detailed descriptions of concerns and review prepared documents for inaccuracies. I deliver precise and consistent reports to my clients time and again within strict time constraints and budgets. My current work includes- Technical Report Review of all types of ESAs and associated environmental documents- Guidance to and Supporting my designated Clients- Direct Correspondence with Clients as needs develop- Logistics and Feedback to Project Managers- Leadership to Team of Company Project Managers- Coordination of Outside Consultants and Contacts- Ensure Report Deliverables and Accuracy of Assessments- Mentoring, Training, Developing New Associates- Leader in creating training protocols for assessors/project managers to ensure positive advancementRepresenting clients from the commercial, retail, manufacturing and industrial sectors as well as for multi-family properties across North America for all types of property transfers, loans and other financial matters. Report reviews include Phase I ESAs, SBLs/SMLs, Transaction Screens, FannieMae/FreddieMac, Database Reviews, Phase II ESAs, Third Party Reviews, Proposal Generation and Proposal Reviews. Average 15-20 reviews per week and am one of my team’s leading producers.My prior work skills aided me in acquiring knowledge and experience with Phase II subsurface investigations, including soil and groundwater sampling and characterization, contamination delineation, floating product monitoring in groundwater, underground storage tank (UST) excavations, as well as asbestos sampling and surveys and lead-based paint assessments. In 2002, I took a leave from the environmental field to work in the family catering business. This experience allowed me to further hone my customer service, management and leadership skills. When the effects of the recession hit the business in 2012, I returned to environmental consulting. This rededication to the field has allowed me to continue refining my career strengths and priorities.My unique career path has built a solid foundation as a leader and mentor while I continue to develop my personal mission to provide clients with exceptional customer service.
