ABOUT RICHARD STEVENS
I am an engaging and passionate learning coach, who loves to watch people succeed and achieve their goals, which is the reason why I got into coaching. I have always tried to support and inspire others to achieve and I believe that understanding people is the greatest key to this. I enjoy my work as a learning coach with Lifetime Training which has allowed me to combine my skills in the retail/warehouse industries with my love of helping people achieve their goals. I began a podcast in 2020 that was all about understanding people and I enjoy interviewing, editing and promoting my podcast, Inside the Orange, in my spare time. This lead me to begin my journey into charity campaigning for autism awareness, acceptance and supporting inclusion in work and schools. This led me to start my Walk for Autism yearly fundraisers initially for the National Autistic Society and most recently AnnaKennedyOnline I was honoured in February 2023 to become a volunteer charity champion for the Anna Kennedy Online charity and I wish to continue supporting this fantastic charity in the future!
