I am a senior logistics professional with over 25 years logistics experience managing multi million pound budgets across a variety of sectors including Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Drinks, e-commerce, Pharma and Industrial. From my roots founded in the automotive sector I have brought the theory of lean and kaizen to life through effective operational deployment which removes process waste, champions people engagement and ultimately delivers improved operational efficiencies and lower operating costs. With a track record delivering success in operating strategy, change management, business development, people engagement and operational management I am now focused on supporting the UK HGV sector to decarbonise and reduce the footprint that we leave on our environment.
