Joined R&M in 1996 and along with Andrew Chandler launched the Export and Project divisions, Richard was subsequently appointed to the board in 1998 taking Commercial and UK Managing Director positions. Following management restructuring in 2013 Richard was appointed as Group Commercial Director, Richard now has responsibility for Supplier development and negotiation. Richard also works closely with the Project and Group Bidding and purchasing teams to ensure that R&M remain competitive in the Global Market.
