MANAGEMENT· Project management experience includes development of CAPEX budget, engineering budget, project schedule, and project forecasting and reporting. As project manager, I was responsible for delivering engineering documentation and maintaining the project schedule, including overseeing fabrication, procurement and permitting processes. Project phases include Concept Development, FEED / Detailed Design, Execute, and Close-Out.ENGINEERING· Served as lead engineer on numerous pipelines in water depths ranging from fsw to shore. Design analysis experience includes pipeline hydraulic analysis/pipe diameter selection, pipe wall thickness design/selection, cathodic protection design, pipelay analysis and pipeline on-bottom stability analysis.· Engineering experience includes field development studies, development of material and installation specifications and overseeing drawing development and preparation of permit documentation. · Experience includes pipeline developments in the US, Trinidad, Nigeria, Vietnam, United Arab Emirates (UAE), England and Turkey.CODES / STANDARDS· Pipeline Design Standards: ASME B 31.4, ASME B 31.8, API RP and ISO 13623· US Code of Federal Regulations: US DOI / DOT: 30 CFR 250, 49 CFR 192 and 49 CFR 195
