My team leads the Intelligent/Smart Buildings program for IO. Consists of remotely monitoring and controlling 40 buildings or approximately 6 million S.F. and expanding to over 100 buildings within the next two years. Team oversees Mission Critical Uptime sites including data centers, 911 call centers, labs, etc. The Technical Services team are currently assisting Ministry of Long Term Care installing air conditioning within their 627 homes across the Province. We set the operating/design guidelines and Owner Project Requirements for the Provincial portfolioTechnical Advisors to operations and project teams
