ABOUT RICHARD SCHUCHARDT

Richard is a highly skilled, experienced and respected leader within CGI. With over 20 years of Delivery and Service experience he has built a career leading complex deliveries. He enjoys the challenge of working closely with clients to help transform their business. In his current role he is Vice President Consulting Services for Central Government engagements, which includes accountability for relationships with delivery stakeholders, internal CGI product teams, business development opportunities, digital transformation, supplier relationships and financial budgets. He is responsible for teams of over 100 staff, and works to drive an agile ethos where improvements, user experience and strong delivery are key. Richard has led the Application Management Practice within CGI in the UK.Previous to this role Richard has been a Service Director where he led teams who won several UK industry awards for the quality of service. He has also been responsible for Application Delivery Centres in CGI where he was responsible for providing Application Management capability, services and software engineering expertise to a number of CGI UK programmes.
