As the Sr. Director of Cyber Incident Management at Tokio Marine HCC\'s Cyber and Professional Lines Group (CPLG), I lead a team of tech-focused individuals and we assist TMHCC Insureds on a daily basis with managing their way through active cyber incidents/claims. My IT background gives me a unique approach when handling and managing Cyber-related incidents and allows me to bridge the technical gap between insureds and IT vendors.
