The DNA of elite perfromance is the same regardless of the domain. as a surgeon my longterm mission is to address the global burden of preventable surgical harm which costs 608 billion USD/Annum to treat. therer is a moral imperative to gvet better at what we do, the stakes are to high. But there are other major case uses we will address using the surgeon/ athlete, cognitive athlete, or human/machine model (F! racing) we apply a neurocognitive approach, harnessing the power of neuroplasticity to train for optimal performance in any environment and situation, developing Elite Performance in Stress Resiliency. Our targets cross ever major sector where simulation to real world transfer of peak performance under pressure matters. From Surgery and F1 Racing to Military special forces, Shinigami warrior states and even for anxious students taking exams. Attentional focus or hyperfocus is the first step in any brain tuning platform, achieved using deliberate practice with intention across time while on task, in sim and with motor imagery. Serious gaming for serious training produces experiential dependent neuroplasticity for technical skill automaticity. The non-technical power skills for biobehavioral, cognitive and affective adaptability provides the X-Factor missing for integrating the bidirectional flow of information between mind and body. Transfer skills complete the bridge from practice to performance, accessing what we\'ve learned from moment to moment to critical moment. In surgery it will translate to increased safety and patients outcome, in F1 racing, increased safety of driver and competitors, its all about the edge.
