Hi to all, My name is Richard Rodríguez,At the moment I am a junior at the University at Buffalo majoring in Civil Engineering.    Field Engineer – Iovino Enterprises (MLJ Contracting), Eastern Resiliency Project, NYC (\\$1.4 B)As a Field Engineer with Ivino Enterprises (MLJ Contracting) on the \\$1.4 B Eastern Resiliency Project in New York City, I manage the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and utility scopes of work. My responsibilities include tracking quantities, performing detailed before-and-after take-offs, and scheduling subcontractor activities to align with the project’s critical path. I ensure safety for all subcontractors and field crews, oversee site operations, and coordinate logistics to maintain workflow efficiency. I prepare and process RFIs and submittals, maintain accurate daily reports, and review plans to verify field conditions. I also work closely with project managers, foremen, and inspectors to resolve technical issues, maintain quality standards, and keep the project on time and within budget.
