Experienced Lab Manager/Test Technician with over 24 years working in R&D lab environment and operations for advanced product development. Programmed and ran a wide variety of Dynamometers, Shakers, Leak Testers, Burst Testers, Force Frames, Environmental Chambers and Ovens. Set up and used instrumentation like LVDT’s, Pressure Transducers, Flow Meters, Thermocouples, Force Gages, Volt meters and Oscilloscopes. Have been instrumental in creating training and mentoring programs for technicians, writing effective lab procedures and driving communication links between the lab, engineering and the client needs.
