About Richard Rindos

I\'m a Business Administration student at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business with hands-on experience in wealth management, investment research, and operational strategy. Currently interning at D. Boral Capital, I’ve contributed to public market entry initiatives, supported capital-raising efforts, and conducted diligence on prospective investments while preparing for the FINRA Series 7 and SIE exams. Previously, I managed operations at a Fire Island marina where I led pricing strategy, streamlined payroll systems, and drove sales by qualifying leads and collaborating with the Strong’s Marine sales team. At BU, I’ve worked on a product development team that used conjoint analysis and financial modeling to evaluate a new travel product’s market entry strategy. I also balanced this academic workload with my commitment as a student-athlete on the Men\'s Lacrosse team, sharpening my time management and teamwork skills. I\'m passionate about financial markets, product strategy, and personal development. Outside of work, I enjoy CrossFit, boating, and reading historical nonfiction and psychology books.
